Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are designed to make your spa experience a better one for everyone involved. Pease read to avoid misunderstandings! Remember that when you visit Elizabeth Day Spa you receive one-on-one personal service by a consultant reserved especially for you. Everyone's time is precious and this needs to be respected by being on time for your appointment.

* Mobile phones to be switched off or silent while in treatment rooms

* 24hr notice of appointment cancellation or changes required. Consequences for not doing so may be loss of loyalty points, a cancellation fee, invalidation of gift certificate or loss of booking fee.

* Do not use email or SMS to make bookings, cancellations, or to advise that you are late.

* Gift certificate/vouchers must be presented as a pre-payment before having a service so they can be checked for validity.

* If you are late for an appointment paid or unpaid, it may be shortened to avoid disruption to other customers.

* Non refundable booking fee may be required for selected services. The fee will be deducted from your service when you arrive for your appointment. Booking fee can be transferred to another appointment with at least 24hrs notice.

* If you are late for your unpaid appointment we will give your appointment to any waiting customers.

* If you are sent an SMS reminder and you do not confirm, we will make your unpaid appointment available to other customers.

* If you change your phone number, please let us know your new number.

* Arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment.

* If you are a new client, or having a massage or spray tan, arrive 10 minutes before for filling out of forms.
